Winkworth has introduced a new franchisee for its Worthing office on the South Coast.
Nathan Wright is joining the Winkworth brand after gaining experience in the property sector and operating his own ventures.
Nathan has a 15-year history in real estate, having worked in Christchurch and Poole, before switching to the pub industry where he owned and ran a chain of four establishments in Brighton and Worthing.
Later, he managed a business that specialized in designer paints and wallpapers. Recently, in 2021, he returned to the property sector with a local estate agency in Worthing. Nathan is taking over from Steve Magee, who has decided to retire.
Wright comments that Worthing is an exceptional, burgeoning town that has witnessed significant revitalization lately. He has extensive experience working there and has observed the positive impacts from the nearby successful city of Brighton. He notes that Worthing continues to offer value, featuring attractive classic architecture and the advantages of coastal living.
Dominic Agace, chief executive of Winkworth, praises Nathan for his vast property-related experience, business ownership, and profound knowledge of the local region. Agace mentions the brand’s eagerness to recruit skilled property experts like Nathan who bring a diverse set of skills to their franchises.
