Following a notable pilot phase, The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) is set to broaden its use of the Coadjute Network, a tech initiative by the London-based ‘proptech’ firm, aiming for a nationwide deployment.
For the past five months, TPFG has been testing the network in 12 branches.
The expansion will incorporate digital data packs and smart forms from Coadjute, aligning with current guidelines from the National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team (NTSELAT).
Coadjute’s digital tools give estate agents immediate access to various data sources, enabling swift data transfer to key property forms and ensuring the seller and conveyancer are kept in the loop.
Results from the TPFG pilot demonstrate an average time saving of 25 minutes per transaction, approximating 39 extra working days, highlighting the system’s potential to accelerate transactions and reduce chances of deals collapsing.
Adam Noonan, TPFG’s group commercial director, praised the pilot outcomes and expressed optimism for continued progress. He believes that Coadjute’s real-time insights into transactions can appease customer anxieties and promote transparency, thus quickening the process.
Glynis Frew, TPFG’s group franchise training and development director, emphasized the company’s dedication to offering value to their franchisees and clients, viewing technology like Coadjute vital in providing superior service and gaining a competitive edge.
Adding to this, Dan Salmons, the CEO of Coadjute, lauded the positive reception to their tech from TPFG, expressing pride in helping the UK’s leading estate agency franchise provide a digital-first service to their customers.
