Lawtech Software Group, under the direction of CEO Rudi Kesic, has been a growth leader in the UK legal market for three years with products like Verify 365 AML and KYC, DynamicID, and Lawyer 365. Kesic believes this acquisition is a pivotal moment for Lawtech that will greatly enhance the legal tech landscape, allowing them to scale their innovations and improve tech offerings for legal and conveyancing services in the UK.
Thomas Maerz, CEO of TM Group, views the integration of Lawtech’s products into TM’s digital conveyancing platforms as a key industry milestone. Following the recent addition of property technology specialist Gary Barker as the chief operating and technology officer, TM Group has made this announcement.
