The Edge in Amsterdam, Lease Renewal by Deloitte

Deloitte, the accounting and advisory powerhouse, has recently renewed its lease for office space at The Edge in Amsterdam, ensuring a long-term commitment with the property’s owner, Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH. This updated lease agreement encompasses about 32,130 square meters of office space and includes the use of 326 parking spaces.

The Edge, situated at Gustav Mahlerlaan 2970, is renowned for being a top-tier sustainable office complex in the Netherlands. Its sustainable features are complemented by a variety of technological advancements, providing an upgraded experience for those who work there.

In the course of renewing this lease, Deloitte and Deka have agreed to make additional investments to enhance the building’s sustainability. Studies confirm that The Edge continues to lead in sustainability, backed by a BREEAM In-Use Excellent rating. The building is also undergoing evaluation for its compliance with the stringent Paris Proof standard of the Dutch Green Building Council. Deloitte’s goal to support its expanding team aligns seamlessly with this lease extension.
