Seymours, a prominent independent estate agency network from the South East of England, has begun listing its residential sales and lettings properties on our site, following a new agreement this week.
This collaboration marks a noteworthy period for OnTheMarket, as we recently reached a milestone of over 15,000 advertisers and are maintaining strong growth since being acquired last December.
With 20 branches, Seymours operates mainly in Surrey, as well as in London and Hampshire. The deal encompasses Seymours Lettings & Management, Seymours Land & New Homes, and Seymours Prestige Homes.
OnTheMarket’s CEO, Jason Tebb, is excited about Seymours joining our portal. This strengthens the brand’s development in the South East and supports our ambitions to expand in the area.

This agreement is in line with recent similar arrangements made with Edward Mellor and Rettie, who also decided to list their properties with OnTheMarket in recent weeks.
