Seymours, which operates 20 independent estate agency branches mainly in Surrey, has shifted its Woking branch to a freshly designed, sizeable showroom office in the Victoria Place shopping centre.
Their latest 3,000 square foot flagship premises is a significant development in Seymours’ journey, as the firm continues to deliver residential sales and lettings services to the residents of Woking.
The strategically chosen location of this new office in the heart of Woking is an ideal fit within their expanding network of 20 locations and creates a novel setting for their clients to present their properties.
Since its Woking debut in October 2003, under the guidance of local partners Franco Orlando and John Ferrucci, Seymours has expanded to employ 85 individuals within five Woking offices that encompass sales, lettings, and their Prestige Homes division.
Orlando expressed that after two decades of aiding homeowners in Woking, it was the right moment for Seymours to advance into their new space, stating that the office is not only a symbol of their growth and stature in the market but also a reflection of their commitment to providing an enhanced and efficient workspace for their staff.
Ferrucci spoke about their deep-rooted connection to the area, adding that their location in the Victoria Place shopping centre is a testament to their dedication to remain integral to Woking’s ongoing growth and prosperity.
