Savills has launched a new Residential Management and Lettings division in Italy, merging its residential expertise developed from the acquisition of Beliving in 2023 – which focuses on managing new prime residential projects – with its long-standing property management experience.
This new service offering within the Build to Rent sector is spearheaded by Danilo Orlando, the Head of Residential, and Massimo Bassani, the Head of Business Space Property Management. It promises an all-inclusive service package, including rental, management, and consultancy during the initial phase of a residential initiative. This ensures complete assistance through every stage of the property lifecycle, providing investors with a unified contact for all their residential property needs while giving tenants a consistent and dependable point of contact.
The skilled team is set to handle all facets of Build to Rent project development with a global perspective, bringing highly specialized processes and insights, aiming particularly at value enhancement, transparent operations, and improved efficiency.
