Rettie, a significant property services company active in Scotland and the North of England, has teamed up with OnTheMarket to showcase its properties for sale and for rent through a new listing agreement.
This partnership marks a noteworthy phase for OnTheMarket, as Rettie joins other big names like Leaders Romans Group and Edward Mellor in choosing to list exclusively on only two major online platforms.
Rettie has its main office in Edinburgh and boasts a network of 15 branches concentrated in key areas such as London, Newcastle, and Glasgow. It also has rural branches in places like St Andrews, Melrose, and Berwick upon Tweed, and offers a variety of services that include financial, planning, surveying, property management, and development.
Jason Tebb, the Head of OnTheMarket, expresses excitement about Rettie’s decision to join OnTheMarket, highlighting the growth and influence it brings to the platform, particularly in that region. He’s proud of the strides made toward becoming the UK’s leading agent-friendly platform, and mentions their recent growth after being acquired by CoStar Group.
