Previously based in Singapore where she led the residential sector for APAC, Victoria will now direct her expertise towards growing Savills’ residential operations across EMEA and the Asia Pacific.
Victoria’s impressive 14-year track record includes working on primary residential market sales and marketing, offering development consultancy, and crafting sales strategies in regions like the UK, Middle East, and Asia. Her career highlights include managing APAC responsibilities from Singapore since 2017 and overseeing the Middle East market while based in Dubai for four years. She has concentrated on critical markets such as the People’s Republic of China, Australia, and India, gaining valuable experience in marketing to China and handling both inbound and outbound capital movements in Singapore. Her time in the Middle East also brought her into key markets like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain, where she built robust networks with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their advisors. Additionally, she has had hands-on involvement in distributing American developer properties to top international markets.
