OnTheMarket has reached a new milestone with over 15,000 advertisers for the very first time, thanks to the continued growth since it became part of the CoStar Group in December last year.
The platform now features over 15,000 advertisers, encompassing estate agents and developers, which surpasses the peak count of 13,867 that we had in June 2020.
This achievement comes shortly after our initial performance update post-acquisition, which showed an 81% year-over-year increase in unique monthly visitors and a 10% rise in agent offices sign-ups since CoStar Group took over.
This advance also coincides with the recent partnerships with big names in estate agency and development like Leaders Romans Group, Edward Mellor, and Rettie, all of whom have started to advertise their properties on OnTheMarket with new listing agreements.
