Martyn Gerrard has inaugurated a principal office in Hampstead, widening the company’s reach in the northern and north-western regions of London.
The newly founded office, situated right across from the Hampstead tube station, brings the agency’s total number of branches to 14. It enhances their presence in the area alongside their other locations in Kentish Town and East Finchley.
Residents of Hampstead are encouraged to visit the new office at 49 Heath Street during its initial weeks to enjoy some refreshments and hors d’oeuvres. The aim is to introduce the community to the team and attract new clients for the agency.
Managing Director Simon Gerrard expressed enthusiasm about the launch: “Hampstead is acknowledged as a highly sought-after residential area in London and across the UK. We are delighted to begin welcoming people to our new strategically placed office and are looking forward to providing Hampstead with the modern, energetic, and tailored real estate services it demands.”
The unveiling of Martyn Gerrard’s Hampstead office comes after the company recently took over Range Homes in Palmers Green, north London.
This acquisition is a tactical move in the company’s expansion strategy and will bolster the newly inaugurated Winchmore Hill office, which started operating in January of the previous year.
