Alto has enhanced its collaboration with the repairs and maintenance software Fixflo. This upgrade has established a two-way data synchronization between the two systems, allowing for smoother daily operations for property managers and letting agencies.

The integration also lets Fixflo generate an updated work order that offers real-time updates within Alto’s software platform.

Agents who use the Alto Marketplace can use the enhanced Fixflo integration to help automate their property management process. This includes handling repair requests, obtaining quotes, and reconciling maintenance costs.

Additionally, Alto users can benefit from Fixflo’s in-built advice feature, which can eliminate up to 20% of maintenance issues reported by tenants, by offering guidance through pop-up messages within the Fixflo portal.

It will help streamline the workflow of those utilizing Alto and offer access to all Fixflo features.
